Getting Started

Register: Complete the vendor registration form at /vendor/register

KYC: Submit your BVN and government ID for verification (24-48 hours)

List Products: Add your products with clear photos and accurate descriptions

Start Selling: Get approved and start receiving orders!
Product Listing Standards
- Use high-quality, clear product images (minimum 500×500px)
- Write accurate and detailed product descriptions
- Set realistic prices — no price gouging
- Keep stock quantities up to date
- List products in the correct category
- All luxury items must include authenticity documentation if requested
Prohibited Items
- Counterfeit or replica goods
- Illegal substances or weapons
- Adult content or pornographic material
- Live animals or endangered species products
- Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
Order Fulfillment
Process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Always provide a valid tracking number when marking an order as shipped. Failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension.
