When you pay for an order, your money is held safely in escrow by Shop9ja. The vendor only receives payment after you confirm that you have received your order in good condition. This protects both buyers and vendors.
Once your vendor marks your order as shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this to track your package via the courier's website (DHL, FedEx, GIG Logistics, etc.).
Yes! We have a 7-day return policy for most items. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Contact support@shop9ja.com to initiate a return.
Click "Sell on Shop9ja" or visit /vendor/register to apply. You'll need to complete KYC verification (BVN, government ID) before your store goes live.
All vendors must pass KYC verification. We also have a dispute resolution process. If you receive a counterfeit item, contact us immediately for a full refund.
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer, and USSD via Paystack. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Local orders: 1-7 business days. International "Ships from Abroad" orders: 7-21 business days depending on origin country.
You can message vendors via WhatsApp if they've provided their number on their store page. You can also contact Shop9ja support to facilitate communication.
