We do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Please review product descriptions, sizes, and images carefully before purchasing.
We do not offer exchanges on any items. If you need a different size, color, or variant, you would need to purchase separately.
All payments are final. We do not process refunds after a transaction is completed.
Buyers are encouraged to read product descriptions thoroughly, check size guides, and view all product images before placing an order. Contact support if you need additional information before purchase.
Limited Exception: Escrow Protection
The only circumstance where we may intervene is if an item never arrives or is fundamentally different from what was listed (e.g., completely wrong item). In such cases, please contact support@shop9ja.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. These cases are reviewed on an individual basis and are not guaranteed refunds.
